Doug Ryder has been, for several months, in the works with a new Pro Team project to be announced. The team is close to being concluded, a project that will feature 23 riders in it's opening season.
In an interview with Tuttobiciweb,
Vincenzo Nibali, who will be a technical advisor for the Swiss team, has revealed there will be 23 riders on the roster. Italian cycling clothing brand Q36.5, and the details of the project are soon to be announced.
“These are really busy days. I spend a lot of time in front of my computer sending and answering emails," Nibali continued, revealing how his direct post-career time is being spent. "I really have to make a lot of phone calls, it's quite challenging. I still get up very early, just like I did as a cyclist.”
Matteo Moschetti, Gianluca Brambilla, Damien Howson, Tom Devriendt, Jack Bauer, Alessandro Fedeli and Filippo Conca are all mentioned as riders who are likely to join the new team in the coming season. The full lineup will be annouced likely simultaneously with the sponsors and team structure, which is expected for early November.
