Cyclocross is heading into it's more filled and perhaps most crucial period of racing, the Christmas block! Over the course of two weeks there will be plenty racing, and it will feature the biggest stars of the sport, including Mathieu van der Poel, Wout van Aert and Tom Pidcock who will battle against each other.
Whilst more head-to-heads can be expected for later in the winter, there are five races remaining in December and in all five the 'big three' will be present. The Exact Cross Mol, World Cup Gavere, Superprestige rounds in Heusden-Zolder and Diegem, and the Exact Cross Loenhout. Whilst van der Poel and van Aert will be building towards the World Championships, it is still unclear if Pidcock will attempt to defend his title.
