Wiktoria Pikulik will join her sister Daria at Human Powered Health from 2024 onwards

Wiktoria Pikulik will ride for Human Powered Health from 2024. The 25-year-old Polish woman thus becomes a teammate of her one-year older sister Daria Pikulik. The latter has extended her contract with the American team by one year.

"It is everyone's dream to be part of a WorldTour team," says Wiktoria on the Human Powered Health website. "My parents are so proud that we will ride together for the same team and that this is in the WorldTour. We have been racing and training since day one of our careers, so I am really looking forward to competing in the biggest races with her."

Wiktoria became Polish road champion in 2022. Last season, a ninth place in the Veenendaal – Veenendaal Classic (1.1) was her most striking result. In the past she has mainly been used as a sprint starter. She is also active on the track, just like Daria. The two rode the pair race together at the Olympic Games in Tokyo and finished sixth.

On the road, Daria made her breakthrough in 2023, her first season for Human Powered Health. She won six competitions, two of which were at the highest level. Remarkable: she won both the first and last races of the Women's WorldTour with the opening stage in the Santos Tour Down Under and the Tour of Guangxi. "I want to shout how happy I am, I am so happy that I am staying," Daria exults. "This year was very good for us and I hope next year can be even better."
