Madis Mihkels had his season end prematurely before the Tour of Guangxi due to a controversial gesture. Into the off-season, the Intermarché-Circus-Wanty rider shows what it's like to train in his home country of Estonia.

Now into late November, the weather in Estonia gets quite cold and snow frequently falls. That is no barrier for the 20-year old however. The team shared a video of him out training in grim conditions. Whilst he will likely travel back into good weather soon, it gives a good insight of what riders in northern and eastern European nations face throughout the winter.
