QUIZ: Test your Tour de France knowledge! How many Maillot Jaune winners since WWII can you name?

The most well known cycling race of them all, winning the Tour de France can be career defining for a rider and can ensure he will never be forgotten in the annals of cycling history.

Since the end of World War Two, there have been 77 different editions of the Tour de France to date and ahead of the 2024 edition getting started later this month, we thought we would test your knowledge of the storied history of the grandest of all Grand Tours.

77 years means 77 different answers go guess, although it must be noted that some elite riders have won the Tour de France more than once and as such, will check off multiple answers when guessed. In this quiz, courtesy of Sporcle user Matt, you are given eight minutes to name as many of the 77 Maillot Jaune winners since 1947 as you can.
