"Under the Christmas tree, I would like to find a present not so much for myself but for all Italian women's cycling that continues to grow and bring success to our country. As a special gift, I hope to bring a victory in the Tour of Flanders," Cavalli told TuttoBiciWeb.
Cavalli achieved three victories this season. Amstel Gold Race, La Flèche Wallonne Féminine and Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenges. Also, she was a tough competition to Annemiek van Vleuten in
Giro d'Italia Donne, finishing second in the general classification. In recent years, she has established herself as one of the top riders in the peloton, and hopes that trend will continue.
