Jonas Vingegaard joins Mark Cavendish for Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium

Tour de France winner Jonas Vingegaard is currently enjoying a break after finishing a grueling 21-day tour. Although his return date has not been confirmed, we know he will be part of the Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium in October later this season.
“The Tour de France Criterium is a cycling performance, showcasing the speed and intensity of cycling through a race on an inner-city circuit," Tour de France Director Christian Prudhomme said. He continues, "The Criterium format allows us to bring an adaptation of the Tour to more places while still retaining the essence and spirit of the Tour De France with top riders in the heart of the city.”
The race is scheduled to take place on 30 October in the street circuit in the heart of Singapore. Former Tour de France winner Mark Cavendish is also part of the race which makes it more interesting. It will be the first Criterium held in Singapore.

- He actually took a pay cut when transferred to Visma; he was the star at Jayco for years, he moved because a different team structure could improve his chances and they both got the benefits of the transaction.
