Dutch pundits criticize Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe for Primoz Roglic's 'bike change' but still believe in Slovenian's triumph: "It won't be an expensive 20 seconds"

In the latest episode of Kop over Kop, the guests discuss the developments in the Vuelta. Despite significant time losses, Ben O'Connor still holds more than a minute over Primoz Roglic. In addition, the Slovenian carries extra 20 seconds as a punishment for car drafting in the Sunday's stage. According to the analysts, Roglic's team made a big mistake here.

According to Bobbie Traksel, the substitution was a tactical blunder by Roglic's team: "It wasn't a moment of bad luck. That's the problem. This was a tactical decision and then riding behind the car is not good and then you simply deserve that 20-second penalty. It was a wrong assessment."

Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe's faked 'panic' of sending two riders to assist Roglic also didn't make much sense according to the pundit. "Then they also drop two men (to help Roglic get back, ed.). Don't drop those guys in such a situation. Roglic was behind the car and that is the best place. You should not be in second or third position at all. They still have to learn a bit there," Traksel thinks.

Jeroen Vanbelleghem doesn't think it will have any consequences: "It won't be an expensive 20 seconds." Bobbie Traksel thinks so too: "No, it makes it a bit more exciting, but I don't even know if O'Connor will survive Tuesday. I don't think Roglic will mind not having the lead on the rest day."
