Bardet leads Team DSM's trip to Québec and Montréal

Romain Bardet has gotten back to his best form this year, and he will be looking to take his classics skills to Canada where he will be an outsider favourite for both GP de Québec and GP de Montréal.

Bardet, in his prime, has finished on the podium of races such as the World Championships, Liège-Bastogne-Liège and Strade Bianche. The Frenchman has has a strong season with Team DSM this year, winning the Tour of the Alps and finishing sixth at the Tour de France. He was in the fight for the podium at the Giro d'Italia until he had to abandon in the second week with illness. The team is also set to include Dane Soren Kragh Andersen, although he's recently been said to miss out on the World Championships due to a saddle sore.

The team will also include Arctic Race of Norway winner Andreas Leknessund who can be extremely dangerous in this type of rolling circuits. Romain Combaud, Nils Eekhoff, Martijn Tusveld and Pavel Bittner complete the lineup.
