Arnaud De Lie back on bike after his crash at 4 Jours de Dunkerque

Arnaud De Lie completed his first bike ride two weeks after a horrific 4 Jours de Dunkerque crash.

The 21-year old suffered multiple injuries including broken collarbone, broken ribs and a collapsed lung. He also had to stay in the hospital for a while because of that last injury.

De Lie titled his Wednesday ride "Try to roll my legs". It was just a short 11 km spin at low intensity, but it was an important step on his way to recovery.

It seems highly unlikely that the Belgian would follow his original race programme which included Tour de Suisse, followed up by National Championships. Tour de France was always out of question, thus his future whereabouts remain unclear.
