Ceylin Del Carmen Alvarado emerged victorious in the Superprestige Gullegem, successfully capturing her fourth win of the season. She made her move in the third lap, breaking away from the pack and maintaining her lead until the end.
Zoe Backstedt began the race well, with Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado and Denise Betsema close behind. Backstedt maintained the lead for some time but was eventually forced to walk her bike through a sandbox on the course, allowing Alvarado and Betsema to catch up.
Alvarado seized the opportunity to take the lead. Betsema struggled to keep up with the frontrunners. In the fourth lap, Alvarado's lead over Bäckstedt grew to 12 seconds. Van der Heijden replaced Bäckstedt and tried to close the gap between herself and Alvarado.
Ceylin Del Carmen Alvarado finished the race 35 seconds ahead of the other competitors and celebrated her fourth win of the season. Inge van der Heijden finished second. Denise Betsema took the bronze.
