Belgian outlet Het Laaste Nieuws claim to be aware of the Soudal - Quick-Step leader's schedule for 2024 and according to them, the Portuguese stage race will see Evenepoel begin his campaign.
During the remainder of the year, it is claimed that a Paris-Nice debut will also be another milestone for the 23-year-old in the coming year. In the Classics, Liege-Bastogne-Liege will again take precedence for Evenepoel after taking victory in the race the last two years.
