In 2024, Remco Evenepoel is expected to finally make his Tour de France debut. Whether he will be able to compete for the Maillot Jaune remains to be seen but according to the latest reports, he will begin his preparation at the Volta ao Algarve.

Belgian outlet Het Laaste Nieuws claim to be aware of the Soudal - Quick-Step leader's schedule for 2024 and according to them, the Portuguese stage race will see Evenepoel begin his campaign.
