From the 9th to the 12th of February the women's peloton sees it's newest World Tour event take place. With a lot of racing taking place in the Middle East over the month, the Women's UAE Tour will be on the schedule.
The race will feature four stages as the peloton races through the region, both men and women. Before the well-known men's race, the women will also have a taste of the desert roads, with three stages for the sprinters and the climb to Jebel Hafeet providing spectacle throughout the week.

Stage 1 will take place in Dubai, with the sprinters getting a simple opportunity to succeed as the stage features no climbing whatsoever.

Stage 2 of the race won't be any different then the opening day, with 133 kilometers on the menu but a pan-flat profile that will benefit the fast women.
The third day of racing will be the queen stage. A pan-flat day with only 107 kilometers in distance, however the climbers will come forward towards the end. The final climb to Jebel Hafeet is 10.8 kilometers at 6.7% and is where the overall classification should be decided.
Stage 4 of the women's UAE Tour will be pan-flat and in the roads of Abu Dhabi. It's another day for the sprinters who will enjoy these roads.
