First look on Remco Evenepoel's new World Champion equipment

Remco Evenepoel has completed an incredibly successful season last week in Wollongong, as he stormed to the win in the men's Elite Road Race to earn the right to wear the rainbow stripes for 12 months, and today was the first day in those colours.

The Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team rider shared a picture on social media with the quote "outfit of the day" in which he's given a first look on his new equipment. It is understood that it is the winter equipment, as we enter the month of October, but the 22-year old is already riding around his home roads with the rainbow stripes.

This Sunday however, with a celebration in sight for Evenepoel's achievement, the new 2022 World Champion's equipment has been full revealed, with natural similarities to that that Julian Alaphilippe has worn throughout the season.
