Charlotte Kool has won the third stage of the Simac Ladies Tour. She was the fastest amongst her rivals in the final sprint and secured victory.
The breakaway included Justine Ghekiere, Eline Van Rooijen, Sophie Wright and Daniek Hengeveld. The group managed to create a gap of 40 seconds.
Peloton soon caught up with the breakaway 50 kilometers before the finish line. Charlotte Kool beat her teammate Lorena Wiebes to secure the stage win. Lorena Wiebes finished second, while Georgia Baker took the bronze. Lorena Wiebes is the overall leader.
