Biniam Girmay abandons Tour de Wallonie after crash in fifth stage

Biniam Girmay will not be able to complete the last stage of the Tour de Wallonie. He crashed on a cobbled section 100km from the finish line and sustained injuries.
The gravity of Girmay's injuries is not known yet. He will now focus on recovering from his injuries. He was 25th in GC, 8 minutes and 35 seconds behind overall leader Robert Stannard.
