Updated profile of stage 13 of the Giro d'Italia after the top of the Gran San Bernardo is cut

The race organization at the Giro d'Italia has modified the route of stage 13 due to continued snowfall on Gran San Bernardo in recent days causing the ascent to be cut due to the risk of avalanches.
Thus, part of the 34 kilometers that the ascent was initially going to have has been cut and "only" will go up to 1878 meters. Thus, the Cima Coppi of the 2023 edition of the Giro becomes that of Tre Cime di Lavadero, which we hope will be the end of stage 19.
