The Tour de France presentation is taking place this morning in Paris, but it is having a notable absence, as defending champion Jonas Vingegaard has not travelled to France to participate in the event. An explanation has been given.
The news were reported this morning, and team manager Merijn Zeeman has explained. Vingegaard is currently in Singapore for the ASO Singapore Criterium. The event will take place this weekend in the 29th and 30th of October and feature several of the Tour's stars.
