Edoardo Affini will stay with Jumbo-Visma for three more years

Key part of Jumbo-Visma's Giro d'Italia winning team - Edoardo Affini - will stay with the team for three more years. The Italian time trialist is invaluable rider on flat stages. Affini also worn a leader's jersey for one day at last year's La Vuelta.
"It feels very natural for me to continue the adventure together after three fun years with this team," Affini said. "I am happy to extend my contract for three years. It indicates a high level of trust and commitment."
"I have found my strengths here, and I look forward to building on them with the support of the team. It is motivating to work with some of the best riders in the world and pursue our goals together," Affini continues. "Additionally, I will keep working to deliver outstanding performances whenever I can."
"We are thrilled that he will be part of our team for the next three years. Edo has unique qualities. He can do a lot of work for our leaders and is also a great time-trialist. As a person, Edoardo is a role model for our team's culture and a top athlete at heart."
