Italy's Stefano Viezzi has been crowned men's junior Cyclocross World Champion in Tabor, Czech Republic on Sunday morning.
Despite leading throughout, Viezzi's victory was only assured in the penultimate lap as his nearest rival, Frenchman, Aubin Sparfel suffered a puncture at the worst possible time and eventually dropped off the podium as a result. Completing the podium in second and third was Dutchman, Keije Solen and Kryštof Bažant of the Czech Republic.
