Well if it's in Canada you might as well give up, you see the government has a plan called, bikes for everyone, which means the police do nothing and actually get a bit snooty when you phone them. They prefer the online report so it can be ignored easily. Lowlife people steal your stuff and they don't even bother to, catch and release, preferring to use the ignore and repeat method.
