I much prefer a race where the riders are less like puppets whose movements are orchestrated by a puppetmaster in a Team Car watching the overall race. I like it when each rider has to figure out what to do on his or her own. Yes, opportunities will be missed as a result, but I rather like to see the results of individual's road racing intelligence as much as their physical prowess. Having all these communications and such between the puppetmasters and the riders eliminates all but the physical prowess.12-01-2025 01:10

Give Lance back his trophies. Every leading rider he competed against was also doping most likely. Either really find a way to ban drugs, legal or illegal, or jus make it wide open and let them kill themselves for a few bucks and fleeting glory.27-10-2024 05:18

Sour grapes! Lance cheated fair and square in an era when everyone was cheating. He was still the best all time! Go Lance!18-08-2024 07:37

Whatever, rules, tactics, punishments are decided, they must be employed uniformly across all sports and nations. The problem now is that they are not. Everyone needs to be treated fairly, and that means equally.09-08-2024 19:33

Remco looks to have a great future in cycling ahead of him. It always seems that the GC is won or lost in the big climbs, as they have the greatest potential for creating major time gaps. That, and staying out of crashes. I think that his strategy of working on climbing is a good one.22-07-2024 20:32
