Yes but SOCK LENGTH!! Crazy that they've not even penalised him for that. It's wasn't even an empty pavement. So it's fine for anyone else to do that now ? Safety clearly isn't a big thing for the UCI. Of spectators or riders.

Money matters. I think it's fair to say Sky had the biggest budget when they were repeatedly winning the Tour ? Ineos have massively under performed this year and that's not down to Bernal. .

There's been zero evidence of mechanical doping on any pro team. It would be the easiest cheat to discover too. Far too many people would know. It's a great conspiracy theory but it's just not a thing.
