Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado has won Superprestige Niel. She beat Denise Betsema to secure the victory. This is her first victory of the season.
Zoe Backstedt and Clara Honsinger crashed at the start, and Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado placed herself in the lead. Inge van der Heijden, Aniek van Alphen, Sanne Cant and Denise Betsema were chasing Alvarado.
Cant crashed in the second lap but recovered quickly and resumed her chase. By the fourth lap, Alvarado and Betsema were leading by 22 seconds. Alvarado took 3 second lead against Betsema in the final lap and crossed the finish line to secure the victory. Denise Betsema satisfied herself with silver. Inge van der Heijden finished almost 40 seconds behind Alvarado and took the bronze.
