Prize Money Tour de France - Jumbo-Visma take big portion of €600.000 attributed so far

The prize money recap after two weeks of the Tour de France has been shared by the race organizers, with almost €600.000 already set to be handed out to the teams as a result of their impact in the ongoing race.

A lot more is still to be given, with the final classifications having a major impact on how the prize money will be split, but over the course of 15 stages some teams have clearly been headlining the race with several stage wins and time spent leading the several classifications of the race. Jumbo-Visma have taken up a big part of that prize, with the recap of every teams below:

With Wout van Aert and Jonas Vingegaard the team has taken three stage wins aswell as several other top results in stages, but most importantly they have shared the grand majority of the time so far leading the overall and points classifications. This has them already with €111.350,00 which sees them have double the prize money of the teams that come afterward.

INEOS Grenadiers lead the best of the rest with over €50.000 and surprisingly it is Team BikeExchange - Jayco which follow in third place ahead of UAE Team Emirates, much due to the two stage wins of Dylan Groenewegen in Sonderborg and Michael Matthews in Mende.

All teams then follow a similar value, with little differences between each. Astana Qazaqstan Team remain in last position as they have struggled to perform at a high level - with the exception of Alexey Lutsenko who is fighting for a position in the Top10.

Note: This list does not include the fines that have been attributed to each team, something which changes the financial outcome of the teams' financial balance from the race.
