Lukasz Wisniowski struggled to keep his career as a pro cyclist over the past few months; the Polish rider did find his way back into the World Tour however as he was officialized with Bahrain - Victorious.
“I’m delighted to join this team, and I really like the way this team races. I hope to be helpful during the classics and help with the leadouts," Wisniowski said in a press release. "It will be an exciting new challenge, and I’m looking forward to meeting all my teammates and the staff members.”
Turned pro in 2015, the 32-year old raced with Quick-Step, Team Sky, CCC, Qhuebeka ASSOS and for the past two seasons, EF Education-EasyPost. He is a former runner-up in races such as Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Dwars door West-Vlaanderen.
He's settled into a domestique role for most teams he's raced for, but has several spring campaigns under his belt. He will likely still be racing this spring with the A-team in the cobbled classics, part of Bahrain's Eastern European block led by Matej Mohoric.
