Victories (World Tour): 26 (4)
Top riders in UCI rankings: Ben Healy (22nd)
Rating - 5.28
Rúben Silva (CyclingUpToDate): 6. Neilson Powless had a brilliant spring and Ben Healy had a great breakthrough season, they were the two headliners however they peaked in the first half of the season. There wasn't much to show for after the Giro, only one World Tour win. Rigoberto Urán and Hugh Carthy had occasional but very irregular results, whilst Richard Carapaz has injuries and bad bouts of form almost completely take him out of the season - he finally showed good form at the Italian Autumn classics but it wasn't enough to make it a good year. Focusing on UCI points the team ended up taking a nice number of wins in 2023, besides winning 10 races within 1 month right in the beginning. A significant difference between it's first and second half but a very salvageable one - with the 11th spot in the UCI rankings certainly relieving it of some stress when it comes to another possible maintenance battle.
Kieran Wood (CyclingUpToDate): 6. Aside from the breakthrough performances of Ben Healy, Jonathan Vaughters' team failed to really ignite in 2023. Neilson Powless had his moments, wearing the polka-dot jersey at the Tour de France and Magnus Cort took a Giro d’Italia stage win but for a team with so much class in abundance, their performances underwhelmed. The efforts of their renowned GC leaders, Richard Carapaz, Hugh Carthy and Rigoberto Uran especially left a lot to be desired although it must be noted the Ecuadorian had his injury issues.
Ondřej Zhasil (CyclingUpToDate): 6. In 2024, EF found its saviour in person of young Ben Healy who won at the Giro and was a menace in Ardennes, while Powless had a strong roll at the classics too. Traditional leaders were underwhelming, often chased by injuries and/or illness, lacking a major GC result.
Juan Larra (CiclismoAlDia): 4. Disappointing season for a team from which much more was expected after the signing of Richard Carapaz. The Ecuadorian has not been in form all year and has not performed at the level expected. Despite a great start to the campaign with Ben Healy making a lot of noise in the classics and with two wins in the Giro d'Italia, the second part of the season, including the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España, has been so poor that they don't deserve a pass. As I say, I expected much more from this team. If injuries respect them and Healy continues to improve, they should be a force to be reckoned with in 2024.
Jorge Borreguero (CiclismoAlDia): 5. If the year of the EF is approved it is because of the explosion of a Ben Healy who has amazed in this 2023. The Irish rider finished second in the Amstel Gold Race, behind Tadej Pogacar, fourth in Liège-Bastogne-Liège, and took a stage win in the Giro d'Italia. Little else of note for the team.
Victor Gonzalez (CiclismoAlDia): 5.5. Ben Healy's spring has been the most satisfying for EF Education-Easy Post this season. Neilson Powless, with several good results, has helped make the team's season a pass for me.
Filipe Pereira (CiclismoAtual): 5. EF Education-EasyPost made good use of their all-rounder roster to get some good results. Ben Healy was definitely the strongest, with an amazing spring classics season and a Tour of Luxembourg GC win in late September. Neilson Powless and Magnus Cort also made sure that the team didn´t go unnoticed in other races, such as the Tour or the Giro. Marijn van den Berg also had an interesting season but lacked the Vuelta stage win to top it off. Richard Carapaz only found his form in late September, which wasn't the best case for EF's Grand Tour GC hopes.
Carlos Silva (CiclismoAtual): 6.
Ivan Silva (CiclismoAtual): 4. 2 stage wins in Giro D'Italia and a solid Spring classics campaign with 3 Top 10's in monuments were the highlights of this team for the season
