He will have strong support in the mountains, assuming the lineup has form, as both
Fausto Masnada and
Ilan Van Wilder return from their respective illness and injuries.
Louis Vervaeke and
James Knox should also be able to help in the climbs, whilst
Kasper Asgreen can prove to be a crucial piece of support besides being able to target stage of his own - including the final time-trial.
The
Tour de Suisse will start this Sunday the 12th of June and include eight stages which can each individually see differences created in the overall race. A tough challenge for any rider, but one which the Belgian team is targeting with ambition.
