An interesting mix of puncheur and time-trialist, the Briton has already taken several wins throughout his stint in INEOS. He's won a stage at the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali last year before making his Grand Tour debut at the Giro d'Italia, and this year he's taken up a leading role more often, having finished second in the recent Tour de Hongrie, quickly followed by a stage and GC win at the Tour of Norway.
He's most likely targeting the Vuelta a Espana later this year, however the Italian Autumn classics will be a good match for his skills. At
Jumbo-Visma he could have a similar role, but he would continue to be joined by compatriot Thomas Gloag.
