- Agreed. But he was leading the ‚chase‘ group the complete last climb, probably knowing he will pay for this in the final sprint. That is still class.
- Exactly, pacing himself because he can‘t follow on the mountains. When a downhill or flat section follows, he can make up some of this. But this strategy will be difficult for later mountain top finishes.
- Actually, Lipo put in a little dig which caused Remco to go over the limit and was gapped
- Bro lipo couldn't even pull when remco was at the front of the group last stage driving the pace what makes you think he could pull when Jonas was driving the pace. Remco clearly was pacing himself well and got back to the group and won the bunch sprint
- It's amazing how Pogacar has not had a bad day for a very long time. He's like the energizer bunny. Always at full strength day in and day out.
- JV looked tired. So far this year and last year, he looked like his peak was 2-3 years ago. He is now just another one of the very good contenders.

- Isaac del Toro won stage 2, then Mexico were knocked out immediately. Tim Merlier likewise won a stage and Belgium were knocked out immediately.
Fortunately for Spain and France, no rider from either country won today (though Seixas was faster than Ayuso in the sprint)
- We will have to wait for stage 14
- Today, for the second time, we saw a clear difference in performance between Lipo and Remco. Instead of gaining more time on Del Toro, Lipo drops back in the group and waits for Remco. Why? Because Remco would scream like a pissed off child instead of acknowledging the reality. I hope Remco finally keeps his mouth shut.
