TotalEnergies signs uprising French sprinter Jason Tesson

TotalEnergies are making moves in the market, and they have announced the signing of one of France's most promising sprinters, Jason Tesson.

The 24-year old has turned pro in 2021 with St Michel - Auber93 where he still currently races, at continental level and mostly in the rich domestic calendar the country has to offer. This season he has shown his true talents by taking four wins in recent months, two at the Ronde de l'Oise, however the other two at the 4 Jours du Dunkerque and the Boucles de la Mayenne, directly beating World Tour competition on both.

He has furthermore been relatively consistent throughout the year, frequently being part of the sprints even in competitions where his team were largely outweighed by other teams of superior divisions.

Tesson has signed a two-year deal that will see him with the team until 2024. With the team loosing some of it's fast men, they have with the lightweight Frenchman assured further quality in the sprints. He will be teaming up with Peter Sagan aswell throughout the season, a combination that can turn quite interesting.
