Uijtdebroeks leaving because of Jonas? That could be however, he knew Jonas' age when he signed two years ago. Did he think Jonas would magically retire? My opinion is this situation may have had some bearing on it however, Visma is two years in with Uijtdebroeks' low prospects of winning. What does any boss do when they've done everything to make an employee successful with no return? He's lucky another team wants him.04-10-2025 23:51

Uijtdebroeks..... where to begin.... Two opinions. I think his two unsuccessful years, as Rueban writes, is an understatement. He didn't achieve much of anything with Visma. They gave him opportunities even in the Giro last year which he dropped out. Good riddance. Secondly, isn't this the same guy who broke his contract with Bora because the other riders didn't treat him well. That said, he's signed with a team, Movistar, where most of the riders speak spanish. I don't know if he speaks Spanish however, if he doesn't get ready for him to break another contact.04-10-2025 01:48

Evenepoel..... Best thing Soudal did was let him go to Bora. Frees up money so Soudal can, presumably, get several good 'Team' Players. Bora's cohesion, on the other hand, is about to be decimated by the Evenepoel 'me, me me' and screw you other guys, attitude. He'll be ''kickin' water bottles for them next season. Bad move for Bora. My opinion and hopefully, I'm wrong.01-10-2025 00:32

We, in the US, treat protesters a little different. If they get physical, we 'crack coconuts...' We don't put up with that nonsense.16-09-2025 00:19

Unfortunately, the clown show will be back for the 2026 TDF. Roll gets fixated on the rider and we hear about him for the whole event. The 2025 tour was Remco; the Vuelta was Pederson. The UCI gave NBC contract rights for both the TDF and the Vuelta. I'm desperately figuring out how to get Eurosport here is the US.16-09-2025 00:17
