Stage 4 of the Deutschland Tour will be the final day of the race. Although it takes place at the same time as the Vuelta a España and Renewi, the non-World Tour event is delivering a lot of action both on it's hilly and sprint stages. The final day of the race will be one for the sprinters with Jonathan Milan being the main favourite to take the stage win, but with a luxurious field of fast men looking to achieve the same.
The race finishes off with another stage that does not feature any important differences. It's a day for the sprinters, with 161 kilometers separating the cities of Halle and Magdeburg.
The riders will be having a small ascent early in the day but all the action will be saved for the final kilometers, where a bonus sprint may still kick off some action, but a bunch sprint is expected at the finish line.
Soren Waerenskjold enters the final stage in the race lead and as the man to beat when it comes to this specifically, although he is not yet fully safe from a very explosive and in-form Jhonatan Narváez. However with this profile it will be very hard to take back any time on the Norwegian, race leader since the opening prologue. Milan has not won a stage yet and he has his final opportunity here; but has Matthew Brennan (with Wout van Aert as a leadout) and Jordi Meeus (with Danny van Poppel as a leadout) as two incredibly strong contenders - although more can be considered.
