Cian Uijtdebroeks' future at BORA - hansgrohe is in doubt following a clash with one of his teammates Aleksandr Vlasov. Given the high potential of the Belgian prodigy, various teams are already beginning to circle like sharks.
The 20-year-old impressed at his first Grand Tour recently, finishing 8th overall at the Vuelta a Espana although with competition for general classification leadership fierce within the team due to the likes of the aforementioned Vlasov, Lennard Kamna, Jai Hindley, Emanuel Buchmann, Max Schachmann and the incoming Daniel Martinez and Primoz Roglic, it is expected Uijtdebroeks will look to try his look in different pastures.

Uijtdebroeks' current contract expires in 2024 and according to Daniel Benson of GCN, Lidl-Trek and the INEOS Grenadiers currently lead the way in the chase for his signature.
Both teams have been active this transfer window with varying levels of success. Lidl-Trek being one of the most active teams, signing the likes of Tao Geoghegan Hart, Jonathan Milan, Carlos Verona and Patrick Konrad among others whilst INEOS have been fruitlessly searching for a new GC leader, unsuccessfully sounding out Tadej Pogacar, Remco Evenepoel and Primoz Roglic.
However, "To be clear, no deal has been made and there is still a more than reasonable chance of Uijtdebroeks staying at Bora," concludes Benson, meaning any deal is still far from complete.
