- I see a Jonas as a boyish top of the pop bikerider becoming increasingly mannish. He has always been grateful to his team and announce credit to his team very frequently. I hope he goes for wins in the rest of the Giro's mountain stages. By nature he is an introvert modest person - now he just appears less introvert and more mannish and confident. Cannot wait for the Tour - POGO is the second to none favorite a priori of course. The 'new' Jonas could put some excitement and uncertainty into the Tour.
- Just you and the Pogi fanboys I would guess.
- Calling me liar is a classless act.
- What did what his wife's remarks do? Caused a rift between him and one of his key helpers in WVA. Management was also unhappy with her remarks. So much so that he was ordered (yes you can find it online) to apologize for any issues that came from the article. Now, either you lie or your very stupid to say you had no idea what she said, that you had no idea she singled out 1 rider (who you need to help you). I don’t care which one it is. It was a classless act and even worse in the timeline of when it was said. Some have said Jonas himself actually said what she said to the reporter. Only he used her to cover himself. If that was true and came out I would lose respect for him. And Visma very well would cut ties with him faster than the rumors say.
- See Vin had no time for his team mates again. Straight on the mobile to his wife as he team mates have been saying. Pretty poor on his behalf . Good win but in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king. No real big hitters to challenge him really.
- When you win you can also kiss whatever body part or bike part you want, till then let him do his thing coz he is the winner.
- Vingegaards immediate phone calls to his wife have drawn criticism, with some seeing it as disrespectful to rivals or teammates who come over to share a moment after the stage. But for Vingegaard, the logic seems weird... his teammates, who help him win races, come in second hand: "Lean off guys, I'm talking to my wife, she's my boss." ... Johan Hansen... boring!!!
- A great win. Vin looked in total control. A class bit of teamwork too. Campenaerts, Sepp Kuss and Pigazoli where outstanding.
- Why would you complain about Vins action every time he wins a stage? He kisses his wedding ring to show he loves his wife and kisses a photo of his children on his bars to show them that he loves them too. It is hardly an O My God moment is it? It's a simple show of humanity.
- What does a guys wife have to do with anything? We live in a free world, she can say what she likes I guess.
I hope Seixas has a good outing in his first GT, he could run into to some endurance issues being so young though. We'll have to see. Hopefully he can have a good Tour.
