For the first time in his career, Pello Bilbao has won a Tour de France stage. Riding in memory of the much-missed Bahrain - Victorious teammate Gino Mader, Bilbao also launched himself right back into GC contention.
Coming into the final kilometre in a group of six riders, Bilbao was alert and attentive, following the right moves before launching his final sprint at just the right time and edging out Georg Zimmerman and Ben O'Connor. Check out the final battle in the video below.
