The UAE Tour will have a very big set of riders at the start and with BORA - hansgrohe's lineup announcement the startlist has gotten even richer, as the German team are set to have Sam Bennett and Aleksandr Vlasov leading the team.
The race features four flat stages which lured in several sprinters, of which Sam Bennett is one after having a rough second half of the season last year with a knee injury. He started his year with plenty of quality wins at the UAE Tour, Paris-Nice, De Panne and the Volta ao Algarve, and this year, back at BORA, he will be hoping to do the same. Danny van Poppel, Shane Archbold and Ryan Mullen will be leading him out in these stages.

As for the mountains the team bring an equally strong team with no true domestiques, Aleksandr Vlasov comes in fresh off the Volta a Comunitat Valenciana where he won the queen stage and the general classification in front of Remco Evenepoel. He is set to have the support, or perhaps co-leadership of Jai Hindley and Patrick Konrad.
