Israel - Premier Tech's
Oded Kogut has powered to a wet bunch sprint win on stage 6 of the 2025
Cro Race, as
UAE Team Emirates - XRG's
Brandon McNulty secured the overall race victory after safely navigating the final day.
Heading into the final 35km of the 2025 Cro Race, a 5 man breakaway remained clear of the main peloton at the front of the race. Among the attackers, were notable names such as the Brit, Mark Stewart of Team Solution Tech - Vini Fantini and Victor Guernalec of the Arkéa - B&B Hotels team. With Guernalec the first man dropped shortly after however, the writing already seemed on the wall for the break. With 10km to go though, the four remaining attackers still hold around a minute of advantage over the peloton.
As the break continued to put up a brave fight, they still held a narrow advantage over the peloton as they moved towards the flamme rouge. Once the sprints opened up from behind however, the attackers were finally swallowed up by the peloton. From there, it was all about the kick to the finish line and in that, it was Ben Turner who kicked things off. Sadly for the Brit however, he couldn't on for victory as Israel - Premier Tech's Oded Kogut prevailed at the line, with Danny van Poppel taking second. In terms of the general classification however, it was Brandon McNulty who took the big win and the overall victory of the 2025 Cro Race.
