Mark Cavendish announced his retirement from pro cycling a few weeks ago and has since been moving around the world, and has yet again met
Chris Froome. This time around the two are in Taiwan, exploring the culture and spreading the sport to a country in which there is a heavy bike manufacturing industry but a small amount of professional riders.
The two British Cycling legends were together already within the off-season Tour de France-owned criteriums (including Singapore, where Cavendish last raced) and then
in Miami a few weeks ago. Chris Froome on his end is in the off-season and will race next season with Israel - Premier Tech. The seven-time Grand Tour winner recently also
raced with Alberto Contador in an online racing platform, and is gearing up for what may be his last season in the peloton.
