Seixas should stay at Decathlon. He has clearly developed well there. At UAE he would be in Pogacar's shadow. INEOS haven't produced a GT winning rider in a while. Bora already have enough GT leaders and should be setting aside money to extend Lipowitz as the top German in the sport. Decathlon and other french sponsors should be forking out the bill as it should pay them back even if the contract is €8-10m a year.
