I see 1 and 3 as the reasons why he shouldn't do the Tour. Even if 'pressure rolls off him' when Pogačar drops him at the Tour or if he holds on for a bit longer, the pressure will increase tenfold. I see 2 as the reason why he should go to La Vuelta (although the Canadian classics are on his programme) where he'd have a genuine shot at victory.

No he’s not, he’s just a small pawn in a bigger game, pretty replaceable actually. He probably doesn’t realise it though.

You’re in a nice position to be able to joke about it all, best hope it will always be that way. As for always presenting oneself as a victim, I don’t think you’ve thought very deeply about that one or which side (in that particular setup) is better or would win the medal for it.

You're dumb or something? It was a joke on the hideous behaviour of those that murder and kill while always playing the victim card.

Do we really need a doctor to explain that to us, does that make it (sound) more credible to the flat earther crowd?

So? If they pay for it or have permission I’d say it’s totally normal. 90% of western world news is copy-pasted from 3-4 sources and then linked to almost infinitely. There are few other credible up to date sources and it justifies PCSs legitimacy and raison d’être. ALSO, you may have missed it but all CUTD claims to be is a COLLATOR of what other cycling websites present so you don’t have to do the rounds.

You forget, that 12% is at only 85% ;-) Do we really have to discuss the details of things so obviously wrong? What would be more interesting is to discuss how much difference in average speed or race time 380 vs 340 or 85 vs 100% would translate into and whether we will see those.
