- Roglic gives THE WORST INTERVIEWS ever...they're awfull to follow 🙄 #carcrash maybe he's better in Slovenian 🤷
- My perception: Tadej is "heavier" in comparison to last year (in 2024 he was thinner than ever)... maybe is power to race the first stages? Thinking to loss weight later, for the last week? (mountains week).
- I love JA, but what is he talking about results? he hasn't done anything this year.
- and Richard Plugge is so annoying and self righteous.
- Richard Plugge is only partly correct. If he looks at the major crash that took out Jonas last year, you could blame the organizers for a bad road. but long before the stage, his team complained about the dangerous corners and roads. so what do they do in the race? the don't back off but instead they push it hard in the dangerous corner. is that the fault of the organizer or the rider?
- Win 33% of the stages with 16% of the riders? Big ask, but I recognize that Belgium normally pulls more than their weight; so I'll give Gilbert the benefit of the doubt. But I'm still sceptical of that claim.
- Jasper Philipsen is no longer Jasper Disaster - 2023 (and 2024 too) showed that. And anyway, I'm sure that that that nickname came from Philipsen's failed sprints, chiefly in 2022, when he celebrated, having won the sprint from the bunch, unaware that Van Aert had gone up the road to win the stage.
- Just had a thought... would Skjelmose be a good leader for Uno-X Mobility... not that I think he'll leave... obviously Uno-X Mobility would have to be promoted
- Also, why are there so many riders named Matthew and related names, in different languages? It is disproportionately common
- I do get the impression that Skjelmose and Milan (both 24 years old) aren't besties
