Video: Tadej Pogacar sprinting up 20% cobbled ramp earns him brutal win

Tadej Pogacar has won the third race he has raced this year in Andalusia. After winning the Jaén classic, he has won the first two stages of the Vuelta a Andalucía. Today, he absolutely dominated the stage, from the climb that selected the group to the very hard final cobbled climb in Alcalá la Real.

Enric Mas, brave as at the end of last year in Italy, tried, but could not leave the Slovenian on his wheel and ended up yielding to the stronger push of the UAE rider in the final meters. Pogacar took his second win in as many stages and currently leads the race with a comfortable margin heading into stage 3 - where he will also be a favourite to take glory.
