It has been today 23 days since the accident that has put Egan Bernal's career and life at risk. The INEOS Grenadiers rider hit the back of a bus whilst training in his home roads in Colombia and suffered an extensive list of injuries that had a very strong chance of having him paraplegic as a consequence.
Throughout the last few weeks the news of his recovery have been nothing but good, and today in a video shared on Instagram, he has shown to be taking another step towards recovery.
In the video he shared on social media he is seen doing some mobility exercising, just a few days after another video where he shared with his fans that he was walking without the support of anyone.
As the weeks go by the Colombian's rehabilitation should keep being a topic of discussion as he shares his incredible pace of recovery.
