From the 21st to the 26th of January we have got the first men's World Tour event of the year. In Australia, the Tour Down Under is every single season the first big race of the year and we take a look at the prize money available.
The total prize money for the race is of €100.000 which comes together as the sum of all classifications and stage results. The winner of the overall classification takes home €12.000 whilst each stage winner wins €4000, with the first 20 riders across the line and in the GC each day take some sort of financial reward.
