Olav Kooij won the fifth and last stage of the ZLM Tour, taking home the overall win after his third stage of the week. He replicated his feat at the Circuit Cycliste Sarthe, having dominated the race from start to finish.
The Dutchman was the strongest on the final day into Rijsbergen, which saw the breakaway being caught in the very final kilometers of the stage. The Jumbo-Visma sprinter outsprinted Alexander Salby and Sam Welsford to cross the line first.
