Welcome to our liveblog of the Vuelta a Espana. The peloton heads back into the mountains on the 12th day of racing, with 4,500 metres of climbing on the menu. The stage starts in Vera and finishes atop the gruelling ascent to Calar Alto, but before then the riders will face plenty of climbs and rolling terrain.
