Stage 13 of the Tour de France saw another GC battle on the slopes of the Grand Colombier with Tadej Pogacar coming closer to the yellow jersey of Jonas Vingegaard, as Michal Kwiatkowski won the stage from the breakaway.
The jury has taken the following decisions on stage 13:
Israel - Premier Tech DS Rik Verbrugghe: Soigneurs in the middle of the road. 500CHF.
Ben Turner (INEOS Grenadiers): Missing bib number. 200CHF fine.
INEOS Grenadiers DS Steve Cummings: Ben Turner's missing bib number, 100CHF fine.
Intermarché - Circus - Wanty DS Laurenzo Lapage: Non-compliance with marshal's instructions. 200CHF fine.
Victor Campenaerts (Lotto Dstny): Disposing trash outside designated areas. 500CHF fines, 25 UCI points penalization.
