Stage 6 of the Vuelta a España will be remembered for a long time. From what has been seen so far, it has been the best day by far after a day full of attacks and changes in the general classification, which has left as the new wearer of the red jersey the young rider of 20 years, Lenny Martinez.
All the positions within the Top 15 of the race have changed. So chaotic has been this beautiful day of the last Grand Tour of the season, with Jumbo-Visma's exhibition included, in which the Spaniard Marc Soler is on the podium behind Martinez and Sepp Kuss, the stage winner.
Mikel Landa has climbed to sixth place. Jonas Vingegaard and Primoz Roglic, although out of the top 10, managed to cut time on Remco Evenepoel, who lost the red jersey and is ninth. Enric Mas minimized damage from the attack of the Jumbo star duo, and crossed the finish line just behind the pair to move into 10th place.
