Video: "Fu** these tyres" - Pogacar gets sketchy in wet Slovenian descent

Tadej Pogacar has stormed to the win on the third stage of the Tour of Slovenia but that didn't come without it's difficulties. The Slovenian is not known to have flaws in his armour, however the descent off Svetina today put the defending champion under a lot of stress.

Before attacking in the final hilltop to the win, Pogacar and his teammate Rafal Majka rode the final descent of the stage together. With the roads wet from rain that fell earlier in the day, it was audible the discontent of the duo who struggled to get through the tight corners.

It was audible also to hear the words "fu** these tyres", after visible struggles through a corner. The descent saw Nicola Conci of Alpecin-Fenix return to the duo, however UAE Team Emirates managed to nevertheless dominate the stage.
